Due to retirement we are looking for a Toolmaker/Machinist

Duties, Experience & Skills

• Full working knowledge and experience in the use of manual machines, including the use of Milling Machines, Centre Lathes, Surface Grinders, and Cylindrical Grinders. Experience in electrical discharge machining (EDM) would be an advantage, although training can be provided.

• Good knowledge of using inspection equipment and reading and understanding the engineering drawings.

• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and procedures

• Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude at all times

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

Salary​

• Up to £16 per hour (salary subject to experience) Full-Time/Part-Time (39 hour week full-time, 25+ hours part-time will be considered)
